Petitioner is accused in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 307, 506, 120(B), 34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act and section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused Surendra Chaudhari @ Surendra Choudhary @ Sulo has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 11495 of 2019 on 26.02.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2019.
