Petitioner seeks regular bail in Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.351 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 420 of the I.P.C. and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he was found at the examination center with admit card of his own brother, Dhiraj Kumar in course of checking.
It has been submitted by the petitioner that he was waiting for his brother to give admit card and adhar card to his own brother because he had received his admit card two days before. He is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2294 of 2018 (3) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 He is in custody since 23.10.2017 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad, in Aurangabad (Town) P.S.Case No.351 of 2017.
