JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case no. 74 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of demand of Scorpio, as dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners happens to be the father-in-law and mother-in-law, respectively, of the deceased and both are residing separately from the husband of the deceased. There is no specific overt act against the petitioners. The husband of the deceased is in custody.
