JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 25.06.2012 passed in Case No.61/2012/13/2009 and 61/2012/14/2009 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
