JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. By order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.54635 of 2016, the petitioner was allowed regular bail in a case instituted under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code with condition that the petitioner would fulfill his undertaking to deposit entire arrears of maintenance amount through bank draft.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has already deposited Rs.87,500/- and the petitioner undertakes to deposit the remaining amount within six months including the current maintenance amount.

Further six months time is extended for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54974 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 deposit of the remaining amount including the current maintenance amount. No further prayer by the petitioner for extension of time would be considered by this Court in future. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
