2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 498 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case the minor victim had been kidnapped by the accused persons.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is a major which is apparent from the Aadhar Card annexed with the present.

6. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim have married and the victim is staying in the house of the petitioner.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2023.

8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S.
