====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Harendra Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 04.09.2017 in Supaul P.S. Case No.513 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016, has prayed for grant of bail.

At the very out set, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the petitioner is having clean antecedent. He submits that on an accusation as if after seeing the police jeep, the petitioner had left the SCORPIO vehicle and fled away and subsequently he was apprehended on suspicion. He submits that petitioner has no connection with the Scorpio vehicle, from

Considering the nature of accusation clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Janardan Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1st -cum- Special Judge(Excise), Supaul in connection with S.T. Excise No.813/2017 arising out of Supaul P.S. Case No.513 of 2017.
