Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366, 370, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was suspected to have induced the sister of the informant to go with her with intent to get her married with a boy of her choice. It appears that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Considering the compromise and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4549 of 2018 (5) dt.11-04-2018 pending in connection with S.T.No.62 of 2017 arising out of Bahadurganj Police Station Case No.211 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
