The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naokothi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R. allegation against this petitioner is that petitioner along with other co-accused persons fired upon the informant, causing fire-arm injury on right arm of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42876 of 2019(4) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
