2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No. 1026 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance and allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to granted bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
