The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.407 of 2017, a case under Sections 304B/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is Dewar of the victim of dowry death. Co-accused Jitendra Kumar has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.47979 of 2017. Considering the fact that husband of the victim had confessed before the police that he had killed his wife, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61712 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 407 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
