The petitioner seeks bail in Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 100 of 2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 56 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. The petitioner is in custody since 02-10-2016. The report of the learned trial court reveals that not a single witness has been examined uptill now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61014 of 2017 (5) dt.12-03-2018 each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below in connection with the aforesaid case with condition that the petitioner will fully cooperate with the trial, failing which, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel bail bonds of the petitioner.
