The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 354-A, 354-B and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the specific allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
