JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in this case cognizance has been taken under Section 308 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The occurrence took place due to very petty matter. The impugned order shows that all the injuries are simple in nature.

No.4723 of 2017 (2) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that allegations are omnibus and general in nature and injuries are simple in nature, let above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case no. 384 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There are other conditions also that bailors should be local having property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation and make themselves available before the police as and when required.
