01-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner seeks bail in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, while the father of informant was sitting in his shop, the petitioner alongwith other FIR named accused persons, who were in-laws members of informant, came there and started abusing him. It is further alleged that co-accused Bhola Sharma inflicted Tangi blow on the head of father of the informant resulting cut injury on his head and took out Rs. 10,000/- from the pocket of informant's father. The cause of occurrence is said to be 'demand of dowry'. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner, who is husband of informant, denies the prosecution case. It is

No.53126 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 further submitted that petitioner never tortured informant and demanded any dowry and he is still ready to keep the informant, as his wife with full honour and dignity. Petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2021. Investigation is complete.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S.
