ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No.153 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that an illegal withdrawal of Rs.1400/- has been made by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the case and has not misappropriated the Government money, rather Asha Worker has affixed the photograph of the present petitioner and has drawn the money.
Considering the aforementioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40805 of 2019(3) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Itrahi P.S.
