The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 266 of 2017 dated 14.09.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is said to be in custody since 16.09.2017.From the possession of the petitioner, 17 bottles of 180 ml of Royal Stag liquor was recovered. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
