Mr.Kunwar Narayan Jamuar, Advocate For the Respondent/s :
Mr.Sri Binod Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2020 If it is not the case of the opposite party-petitioner that he is not engaged in Agarbatti business and is not earning a sum of Rs. 6000/-, only because the applicant-opposite party no. 2 did not depose before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya, the impugned order is not required to be interfered with. It is very simple to understand that even if the petitioner is earning Rs. 6000/- per month which is not in dispute, he will have to part with a sum of Rs. 2000/- which is a paltry amount only some how to give a solace to his wife who is seeking maintenance. This Court finds no error in the impugned order.
The application stands dismissed.
