2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2021, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and period of custody, this application for regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45903 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2021.

8. The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Mansi Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
