2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to issue Land Possession certificate in the name of the petitioner with respect to the land bearing Khata No. 234, Survey Khesra No. 684, Area 0.0975 Acre Mauza- Maghari, Thana No. 353,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12359 of 2025(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/3 P.S- Bhagwan Bazar, Dist- Siwan.

(ii) for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to pay compensation amount to the petitioner against the land acquired in Ramjanki Path Project NH227A of Survey Khata No. 234 Survey Khesra No. 684 Area 0.0975 Acre, Revenue Mauza Maghari, Thana No. 353, Anchal Bhagwanpur Hat, Dist- Siwan.

(iii) for any other appropriate writ, order direction save and except in accordance with law."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority for grant of Land Possession Certificate by preferring a proper petition within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The matter relates to land acquisition for Ramjanki Path Project National Highway 227A.

5. Learned State counsel submits that if any such petition is preferred before the Revenue Authority, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12359 of 2025(2) dt.22-06-2026 3/3 allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned authority who shall be looking into the matter and after hearing the parties shall be taking necessary decision preferably within a period of four months from the date the petitioner prefers petition in the said office.
