2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Ara Nawada P.S Case No. 547 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109 of BNS and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per First Information Report, petitioner along with co-accused have assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is

Both parties have been compromised outside the Court and compromise petition signed by both the parties has already been filed in trial Court. It is also submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since 27.02.2025 and 13.01.2025 respectively. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 has got no criminal antecedent while petitioner no. 2 has two criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail application.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioners and informant are residing in the same place and they are neighbours. Both parties have been compromised outside the Court and compromise petition signed by both the parties has already been filed in trial Court. It is also appears that petitioners are in judicial custody since 27.02.2025 and 13.01.2025 respectively.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf

No.44322 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 3/3 of the petitioner, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S Case No. 547 of 2024.
