The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.182 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was apprehended by local people while he picked pocket of the informant at the Bank. It has been submitted that the petitioner was working as a laborour at the house of informant and Rs.3000/- was due. It has further been submitted that this case has been lodged against the petitioner with false and frivolous allegation. The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2017 having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61964 of 2017 (3) dt.18-01-2018 The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.182 of 2017. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
