The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. case No. 555 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Prosecution case, in short, is that two miscreants entered the house of the informant and took away Rs. 40,470/- on the point of pistol.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case during investigation. No incriminating/looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41801 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 submitted that petitioner has got no concern with the looted article. Learned counsel further submitted that T.I.P. has not been conducted till date. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03-04-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24376 of 2024. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent. 5.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 6.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. case No. 555 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
