The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 10/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 120B and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that petitioner Anurag Kumar introduced Samir Das and Sufal Bishwas to the informant and disclosed that they are running Uni Trade Commercial Pvt. Ltd. It is alleged that the informant invested money on the assurance of Samir Das and Sufal Bishwas, but he neither received any benefit nor the accused persons returned money to him. There is no allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner received any money from the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55264 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 10/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
