The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of the co-accused namely Satrudhan Yadav who has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58557 of 2018 vide order dated 09.10.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70193 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S.
