1. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent no.3, i.e. the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.12.2013, against the order dated 30.10.2013, passed by the respondent no.4, i.e. the Director, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.

2. Having regard to the limited relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.3, i.e. the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has been filed and is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
