Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84 of 2022. The trial court report reveals that this case is still pending for framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused, Dhiraj Jha has already been granted regular bail vide order dated 12.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3521 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.09.2021.

Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted regular bail, nature of accusation and progress of trial, let the above-named petitioner be released on
