JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 During the pendency of the writ application, respondent no.9 retired and thereafter the respondent University has issued letter dated 27.3.2017.
The petitioner has filed I.A. No. 7830 of 2018 for amendment of the writ application.
For the reason stated in the I.A. No. 7830 of 2018, the I.A. is allowed.
Learned counsel referring to Annexure -26 submits that against the decision of the University dated 27.3.2017, the petitioner has filed representation addressed to the Vice-
Patna High Court CWJC No.14010 of 2014(3) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 Chancellor of the Veer Kunwar Singh University on 3.4.2017 and the same is pending before the Vice-Chancellor. Referring to Annexure-26 he submits that writ application may be disposed of with direction to the University to decide the representation filed by the petitioner contained in Annexure-26 dated 3.4.2017 by a reason speaking order. In view of the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with direction to the University to take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner against Annexure-25 by a reason speaking order at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
