No. 34906 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in judicial custody or after framing of charge.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now charge has been framed and he has been in custody for more than seven months.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail rather this application is disposed of with direction to the court below to expedite the trial and try to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63106 of 2017 (2) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 conclude within a period of five months and petitioner has to cooperate in disposal of trial and if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the trial court shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.
