This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ismailpur PS Case No. 35 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504,506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.09.2018. He further submits that no specific allegation is there against the petitioner and no case under Section 27 of the Arms Act has been made out against the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.09.2018, this
