In this case, the counsel for the petitioners has argued that petitioners are entitled to the benefit of A.C.P. but when the objection has been raised by the State that they have never attempted to clear the Accounts Examination and have not clear the same so they are not entitled to the benefit of A.C.P.
After some argument, the counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this application.
