The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudra P.S.Case no. 243 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. It is contended that the case has been registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in confessional statement of co-accused.
