From perusal of the order impugned, it is evident that learned lower Court was very fair in incorporating all the events visualizing from the case diary and further, mode of appreciation thereof, whereunder other including the petitioners have been directed to face trial for an offence punishable under Sections 341, 323,147,148,149,448,380,504 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of Prevention of Witch Craft Practices Act.
