This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 384 and 286 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The allegation that the petitioner threatened the informant to vacate the referred land on the ground that the petitioner has already entered into an agreement to purchase the sole property from Marjeen and Mahenoor.

Submission of the petitioner is that the agreement, at Annexure 2, reveals that the petitioner had not entered into an agreement with Marjeen and Mahenoor rather some other person have entered into agreement. Petitioner has never entered into an agreement with Merjeen and Mahanoor. Further submission is that the allegation is just to pressurize.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52690 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Mohit, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Purnea, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
