The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mansi P.S. Case No. 62/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with four other accused persons and alleged that they kidnapped his daughter, but the victim made statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she disclosed the name of Arvind, Vikram, Dharmendra and Rajeev (Jiva). The victim did not name the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that victim herself did not disclose the name of petitioner, as one of the kidnapper, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52726 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 62/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
