The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 918 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that Police during vehicle checking arrested the petitioner with Apache Motorcycle. Police demanded the paper of the Motorcycle by the petitioner but he could not produce the same. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 30.8.2018. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was only pillion rider. Driver of the Motorcycle has fled away. Petitioner is student.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
