Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the parents of the informant by means of dabiya and spade as a result of which father of the informant died during course of treatment.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have been falsely implication by the informant and as per the F.I.R., specific allegation of assault is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Bousi P.
