03-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The prayer for bail of petitioner has been rejected twice. On last occasion, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 10.04.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 11174 of 2019.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that only two witness i.e. investigating officer and doctor are required to be examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2016, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably; within a period of six months from the date of
