The petitioners are in custody in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.211 of 2017, a case under Sections 304B/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are elder brother and wife of elder brother of the husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same against the petitioners also. The petitioners are in custody since 01.09.2017.

After hearing the parties and considering general and omnibus allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55272 of 2017 (4) dt.03-01-2018 P2/ Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
