The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 registered for the offences under Section 20(b)(2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

In view of the fact that there is recovery of Ganja from the house of the petitioner and that he has earlier been made accused under the provisions of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
