2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 385, 504, 379, 448, 427, 354(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with five unknown persons came at the door of the informant and started abusing and assaulting the informant's wife. Further, petitioner no. 1 tore the cloths of the informant's wife.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that both the parties are

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances period of incarceration, let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class Court no. 7 West Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
