The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhourahi O.P.) P. S. Case No.122 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 448, 307, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is about throwing acid by the accused persons on the person of the mother of the informant, Sobha Devi, causing burn injury on her vital part and succumbed to injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is general and omnibus however, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to land dispute and during

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62556 of 2017 (4) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 investigation, husband of the deceased has stated that Kintu Devi threw acid upon her and the petitioner is a lady and has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.07.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusari in connection with Khodanwandpur ( Chhourahi O.P.)
