The petitioner, husband of the informant/Opp.Party no.2, has prayed for grant of bail in Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No.17/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. However, after going through the impugned order, it is evident that during investigation also the allegation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55048 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 petitioner regarding second marriage has been found true. Accordingly, there is no reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U T
