JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1208C of 2015 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 D.P. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the basis of compromise, both the parties have resolved their disputes by mutual consent and agreed to live separately.

In this view of the matter, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49311 of 2016 (3) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 1208C of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
