JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Hulasganj PS Case No. 70 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 414 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27/35 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that except disclosure of the name of the petitioner by one apprehended accused Ashish Kumar alias Sonu there is no material against him in this case, in which he is in custody since 23.8.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Teju Yadav @ Kamlesh Yadav @ Teju Yadav @ Mithlesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj PS Case No. 70 of 2015.
