Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 324, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave farsa blow causing injury to injured of the present case. No doubt, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides appears to have sustained injury but considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of allegation, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45005 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 of anticipatory bail to petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
