Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chawk P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of general and omnibus in nature against all the persons named in F.I.R. of carrying weapons and country made pistol, however, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of any overt Act. According to Postmortem report all the injuries are from sharp cutting weapons. Similarly placed co-accused have been granted bail by this court namely, Raju Kumar in Cr. Misc. No. 51494 of 2018 vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67068 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 11.09.2018 and by co-ordinate Bench of this court namely, Monu Patel in Cr. Misc. No. 58970 of 2018. He is in custody since 14.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Niharika, learned A.C.J.M. -II, Patna City in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018.
