2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.82 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 22(c) of the NDPS Act.
3. The recovery is of 17 bottles of cough syrup each containing 100 ml.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2025 and he claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43941 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madhubani/concerned Court below, in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.82 of 2025.
7. At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent then only his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Jaynagar Police Station, Madhubani on second and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shikha/- U T
