ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No.2 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, the main allegation is against Rajendra Yadav and not against these two petitioners. The present petitioners have assaulted the informant with Lathi. The injuries purported to have been inflicted have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let both the petitioners, above named, in the
