Though petitioner along with his wife Bigani Devi was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.09.2017 under Cr. Misc. No.46588/2017 but, till then petitioner was already under judicial custody which could not be communicated to the learned counsel as a result of which such kind of order visualized so far, petitioner is concerned.
